Pros
The best part was the people. Most everyone knew their stuff and were good friends. Everyone would work together to solve problems. The food trucks and kitchen were nice but the choices in the kitchen get limited over time. It's a good place to work while you are there. Good place to start a career as you get thrown in a wide variety of opportunities.
Cons
After dedicating my time and resources, I was promptly kicked out the door when I told them I was moving on. They get very hurt whenever someone wants to leave. If they kept with industry standards in pay, less people might leave. They talk all big about family but could care less about their employees if it isn't about money going into their pockets. There is no training. It's trail by fire. You either do well or they make life terrible for you until you quit. Very little diversity. Might be indicitive of Colorado Springs in general though. You must work your 45 hours. No flexibility. No working from home. Major distrust in their employees. Covid policies are followed by the popular news channel in military town.
