      Pros

      This company is owned and operated by an amazing person. He's the reason people stay and enjoy the work. The industry is stressful but it's fun to work with different events and style new looks on a regular basis.

      Cons

      New management in 2023 changed a lot of processes and let go of important, talented people. A lot of toxic masculinity in that mix.
