Pros

Colossal is growing rapidly with ample opportunity for employees to put in hard work and make serious career advancements if they put in the time and understanding. Everyone is willing to help you out, teach, and encourage one another's success. The culture is exciting and fun. Everyone in the company is approachable and willing to help those who are working hard and pushing themselves.

Cons

The company moves fast and people who don't adapt quickly, or are inept to learning on the fly, and willing to put in the extra effort to succeed get left behind because the company is a culture of grinders who are motivated and eager to succeed. A lot is required of everyone who works here and you don't get to cut out early on Fridays and it goes unnoticed. The competitive spirit in the company is motivating to some but can be discouraging for people who are only trying to land in the middle of the pack rather than continuously striving for the front.

Pros

Working at Colossal Contracting has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company stands out for its commitment to excellence and its mission-driven culture as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business. Leadership genuinely cares about employees, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. The opportunities to work on cutting-edge IT solutions, including federal contracts and advanced technologies, are unparalleled. The company also invests in employee development through training, certifications, and career growth opportunities. The team is made up of talented professionals who are passionate about delivering results and supporting federal missions. The emphasis on work-life balance and open communication makes it a standout employer.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly, and priorities may shift. However, this is often accompanied by strong communication and a proactive approach to managing change.

Pros

guaranteed bi-weekly paycheck not much of anything else.

Cons

Changes employment contract guarantees on the fly. (holiday pay, PTO policy, etc) Raises are based off overtime hours worked. No option for advancement. HR and management don't care for complaints.
