Mixed bag - Operations Colossus Bets Employee Review

Great office and free Friday lunches. A few nice staff members but the rest were like sheep, head down and nodding under the rule of the iron fist from the top. The Product itself is pretty unique and interesting but your day to day is ruled by fear and depends if the head honcho is in a good mood or not.

The word family gets used a lot as if it actually means that but much further from the truth, bullying, shouting and threats when unreasonable demands pushed back were part and parcel of the hob

- I like everyone I work with - Large variety in work - Currently allowing wfh

- Awkard work hours 9:30-6:00pm. Would suit late risers but not great for those more productive in the morning.
