Very toxic environment/stay away! - Anonymous employee Colson Group Employee Review

The Management is very old school, and verbally abusive to their employees. This place is run by fear and intimidation. They are very limited with defined processes, and procedures. The only thing that matters is the amount of money they will make at the end of the month. If you wanted to be treated like dirt and disrespected please go to Colson - because it's plenty of disrespect go around.
