Management leaves little to be desired. They are not open to new ideas and micromanage every aspect of the company. Innovation projects are not taken seriously. Even after ROI is proven to be less than a year. For such a small company they take forever to make a decision and when and if they do it’s usually too late to incorporate and cost savings because of the rapid change in the technology innovation.
