Pros

I was with the company for just over a year, Michelle Galvan was one of the most amazing mentors, managers and colleagues I have had the privilege to work for and with. The whole company is full of employees and management who want you to feel like you are contributing to the success of the company. Opportunity for personal and professional growth is always provided and encouraged. Pay, location, hours and benefits are some of the best offered in the area. The office environment is very comfortable and they work hard to make sure every one is happy. I only left because my husband is military and was relocated out of the area because I planned to make this company my forever career.

Cons

You are collecting debt, your consumers are not always going to be the nicest to deal with.

Pros

Good Environment, Great people to work with. No one is left alone, everyone works together. Great manager who cares about her employees. She wants everyone to strive for greatness and be the Best they can be. Understanding company. Treats consumers and clients with Respect and kindness. Happy to be part of this team. I've been here for 7mnths and have improved a lot thanks to the training and coaching of everyone around me.

Cons

Not everyone is happy to get a call from a debt collector... You will get rude and mean people on the phone who are not polite at all . You have to remain kind and not take anything personal.

Pros

You get a paycheck biweekly.

Cons

Where to start, this company does not value their employees at all. Paid the minimum to do the most, theres no communication between departments and they all ask you to do different things. Job duties constantly change and you most likely won’t know what you’re doing until weeks or months into being hired (this is mainly due to the very frequent turnover of employees either leaving on their own or being mass fired). This is a company that stays true to Oregons “At-Will” employment option so be prepared to potentially be fired for any reason at all. There’s also a lot blame placed on support from other departments which always felt a bit demeaning considering most of the time it had nothing to do with actual job performance.
