Pros
Product offering is great to be associated with. Some of the best beer and non-alcoholic brands. Industry leader in the Pacific Northwest. Solid executive leadership team and VERY committed front-line employees in sales, warehouse and delivery. This creates a strong sense of team-work. Good wages and benefits and promotion opportunities.
Cons
While CD may be ahead of the curve relative to other beer distributors, it is not "tech-heavy" relative to broader business expectations which can make it difficult to assess performance effectively or be effective in respective work areas. Needs to become more adaptable to changing market conditions in beer and business processes.
