If you love field sales this is a company for you. Whether you are starting at the bottom as a merchandiser or a tenured sales rep., the majority of your time is spent going from store to store managing Columbia's product line. The people that they employ are down to earth, easy to get along with and know their role within the organization, which makes it a nice place to work. As a merchandiser or sales associate the work is very basic cut and dry, as long as you don't mind lifting and moving of product throughout stores to stock, the tasks are easy to tackle each day.
