No organization, poor business ethics, too many conflicts of interest, outdated software systems, when questions are asked it takes several months to get answers, if you get them, false and fraudulent affairs with funding, misappropriation of funds, chaotic atmosphere, no true leadership and no true training, turnover rate is on going, staff meetings are one sided. Your not permitted to voice your concerns without reprocussions and backlash. Monthly incentives- employee of the month etc is biased by the CEO and the Executive Team. Employees don't have a say and morale is down tremendously. Promises are not kept while funders like Columbus Shelter Board and the ADAMH board are misinformed of what is really happening with the funding- Anything can look good on paper.. What counts is the actual dollars.... Where is the actual money going? Employees not getting their pay checks due to lack of funding or lack of money in the bank Eemployee ratio to client is unmanageable.Therefore, our clients suffer and remain stressed.
I do not recommend working for this mental health provider unless things take a positive turn.
