We are pleased to hear that you felt we handled the pandemic situation well and you feel supported at this time (which is still ongoing). We do work hard to ensure the well being of our team and to promote good physical and mental health for all. You mention sick pay as part of this, in a negative way, but we can assure you that our discretion has been used to ensure we support our employees who suffer ill health.
As you are a current employee we would like to explore the remainder of your comments in more detail and urge you to talk to either your line manager or a member of the local People Team.
