There are still a few people who are trying to make a difference daily even though management is clueless as to how to run a division.
Cons
Eighty years of tremendous growth in OHIO completely erased in less than four years. That must be some kind of record. Thirty plus people have left during this time. Zero zero zero leadership. Zero zero zero supervision. Not one manager has any hint of credibility. Upper management can only implement ideas from "how to manage" books. Never an original thought. Tell me how those in management positions that direct the workforce have no ability to communicate even on a basic level. Spend five minutes with these people and their fabricated skill sets are evident. Low level talent in critical positions will guarantee eventual failure here. We have more people than ever but continue to get out less product every month.
