9yWe appreciate your thoughts and thank you for your years of service while at Columbus McKinnon. We want employees and managers alike to feel they have the ability to speak up, especially when it comes to people being treated with respect in the workplace. We need candid open feedback in order to be able to make improvements. There are several ways to provide this, if you are not comfortable talking to your own manager, you can speak with HR, or with someone in leadership in another part of the organization, or use our Ethics Point Hotline which is run by a third party.
