      Pros

      Great company to work for with excellent opportunities (different fields of work). It is a company that is well recognized in the electric utility industry.

      Cons

      ComEd location is limited (Midwest), but part of the Exelon family, of which, location can be chosen elsewhere should one decide to work for another Exelon organization outside of Illinois.

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Cons

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
