      Work constantly changing Many years of growth and development available Summer is slower and you can catch your breath before the busy outage season starts back up When you walk out the door after a shift, you don’t have to worry about following up on anything: your shift turnover takes over No pile of emails to deal with when you come back from vacation

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
