Pros
I’ve really enjoyed many aspects of working at ComPsych over the past 6 years. The WFH environment has been a major positive for me. It provides flexibility, a comfortable setup, and helps with work life balance, which I truly appreciate. The people on my team are incredibly collaborative and supportive. Everyone genuinely wants to help each other succeed and it feels like we’re all working together toward shared goals. We also have a beautiful new office space that’s modern and welcoming when I’m on location a few times a year, and it helps make in office days enjoyable. I feel really good about the work we do here. Helping customers and providing mental health services that better people’s lives is something I value, and ComPsych’s mission aligns well with that. On a personal level, my direct manager has been supportive of my growth, encouraging development and giving thoughtful feedback. I have been promoted a few times over six years, and my manager has been my biggest advocate. It feels great to be in a role where my professional goals are acknowledged and supported. Over the past year there have been many corporate changes that have led to a better focus on company culture and how we market ourselves externally. I’ve noticed a real effort from leadership to improve communication, technology, support, and engagement across teams. This has not been unnoticed and I hope this trend of revamping ComPsych's company culture continues into 2026 and beyond.
Cons
While there are many positives working at ComPsych, I do think pay and benefits are average compared to similar roles in the industry. For an organization that leads our industry, I’d expect compensation and benefits to be more competitive, and that’s something I hope continues to improve with all of the recent corporate changes made by ComPsych in 2025.
