Pros
Family style work environment with great benefits with co workers and management who always seem to genuinely care about how you're doing, their work as well as yours and creating a good place to work. Very laid back and fun.
Cons
Sometimes work will be extremely slow, but when things are busy, they move at break-neck speeds. Completing work orders on schedule is of extremely high importance and sometimes there is so much work to be done that it becomes very intense and stressful. This is rare, but it does happen.
