It is very true that we run a fast paced, ever evolving business that uses a lot of technology tools for monitoring, maintenance and security. Those things are required to service our clients. The pace we run and the attention to detail they demand is not for everyone. I can't imagine where the "toxic environment" applies though. We encourage learning, certifications and having fun. Multiple events, parties, perks, unlimited personal time off and a family atmosphere are all conducive to promoting a good work environment which is why some staff have been here over 15 years.
