Wow this could take some time. So let's start...
The company has no future. As mentioned by some other reviewers, management goes back on their word for any potential growth in the company. I was hired as an unpaid intern with the understanding that I would join full time after the probationary period. However, they kept pushing my fulltime role further out. Eventually I decided to move on. While working at ComTranslation, i could see how the company was strugling to provide good customer service. This company is heading towards a lawsuit based on their practices. They unlawfully hire people as interns so they dont have to pay them. This has to stop and I am currently speaking with a lawyer to look into this. I encourage others at the company to do the same!
