Toxic environment with constant overtime and poor pay, 0/10 - Junior Developer Combat Waffle Studios Employee Review

Mandatory crunch/overtime constantly. Salary that was far below industry standards, even for senior developers and staff. I worked remotely as a contractor and was not informed until my interview that I was being given a contractor position, not a full time employment position, but they still expected me to work the same amount of hours as a salary'd employee would. Super toxic work environment, where you're constantly berated, humiliated, yelled at, shamed, called racial, sexist and homophobic slurs or threatened with physical violence. None of the managers know what they're doing, and the environment is complete chaos from the moment you get there until the moment that you leave.
