Severely Disappointing - Data Processor Combilift Employee Review

Cons include: - Lack of job specific training - Lack of guidance - Lack of day to day structure - Poor communication from management, sometimes felt non- existent - Work/Life balance felt non existent - Poor integration into the role - Hard to tell what exactly I was hired for? Seemed like there was no plan for me or? - Unrealistically high expectations from management (Cannot stress this one enough) - No remote working (Even though my role was in IT and it was the year 2022 not the early 2000's...) - Office setup was unorganised - Office environment felt cold and empty - Office equipment was not prepared for my arrival (For example, Company Computer, Desk, Computer Software needed for the role) - Unrealistic expectations was not reflected well in the wage -Felt like the break was too small for the amount of hours worked, felt like break should have been much longer
