Pros
Combined Resources is a phenomenal company to work for! CRI is privately owned and the partners treat their employees like family. Mark and Tom (owners) have a combined 70+ years of recycling experience while having been apart of CRI for 31+ and 25+ years each. The company has seen exponential growth over the last 5 years, even when the commodities market took a downturn. Luckily, CRI is diversified in their services (offering everything from recycling & trash to sustainability and labor programs), so they remain more insulated than it's competitors. Everyone in the office is a joy to work with and genuinely cares for one another. There are constant opportunities to move up for anyone willing to put in the extra work.
Cons
The exponential growth has created some growing pains that CRI is currently working through. CRI's training process is drastically improved and continues to get better with each new hire.
