      Some smart leadership present from time to time.

      Cons

      Financially it's like they're always running on fumes. Sr. Leadership/owners possess an arrogance unbecoming to their ability/value to the world, combined with general unkindness.

      Pros

      Flex Friday Program (taking every second Friday off), good pay, great environment! Feels like a small family company where everybody work hard and plays hard, and it also has tons of work and opportunities to learn and grow. Good benefits (extended health and dental).

      Cons

      Could see some improvements on Employee benefits, but only if you compare it to big multinationals. For a small company, is offers much more than the average.
