Cons
Company directives are ancient, and are not flexible enough to stay competitive and retain talent. Mandatory RTO has bled the company of much needed talent. Pay is on average lower than market value and recently there is no opportunity for career growth within perspective organizations. The only incentive to stay with the company are the benefits, however they are fairly standard compared to most larger companies. More and more layoffs have been happening to teams that are critical to the day to day operations. Only people seeming to advance their careers are those who blindly follow executive leadership, even when most of the time it is the wrong choice for the customer experience and employee well being.
