Pros
We are jack-of-all-trades engineers exposed to a variety of tasks, which is good to pick up some basic skills and important soft skills. As we are jack-of-all-trades, we are given authority over many areas of the business.
Cons
Only one client and they are often not reasonable. Little development opportunities. Once we pick up the basic skills, there is not much to grow. Since it is relatively unstructured, role could change quickly and we have to adapt quickly even if it means we have to take on administrative work.
