Pros

No hay muchos puntos a favor sobre ésta empresa. Es de fácil acceso, si se necesita trabajar por necesidad o para acumular experiencia. Es un trabajo que se puede considerar pasajero.

Cons

Los empleados no son respetados, se usan y desechan a conveniencia. La capacitación no cubre la mitad de lo que se necesita como básico para poder trabajar de manera adecuada y llegar a los bonos. Se espera que sepas mucho desde un principio. Hay algunos supervisores que no les gusta responder tus dudas. El sistema con el que se trabaja es confuso. El ambiente no es bueno, no hay compañerismo en absoluto.

Job security. People are generally great.

Cons

Job security was high because of so much turnover they couldn't let you go. Less leadership, more reactive management styles. too much red tape to get prospects through to close. Internal teams can hold up customer movements to close. Hourly pay.
