Good if you want to do nothing

It's not very supportive for employees

Depends on group where you work, some are organized better, with more attention from advisor, some worse. All in all, I enjoyed my time there, but I would not come back. I learned a lot.

Because some people are not "teamplayers" at all, and you have to work with them sometimes, it is very difficult to do some tasks.
