      Pros

      Flexible hours, many department meals, team festive events and annual dinner. Family like environment.

      Cons

      Corporate team aren't able with each other. It becomes SILO departments and forced downstream. This then becomes a 'why I am not wrong', 'why should I help you', 'finger pointing'. Personality, composure, communication is more important than capability.

      Pros

      You get to learn and work with a lots of people and get a lots of hands on experience on projects and other stuff and you can do.

      Nothing bad so far, I've had great experience

      Pros

      Individual Contributors (basic employees) are excellent in their professions. Trust them.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic and harmful to employee well-being and health. Code of Conduct is not real! If you report a complaint, HR & managers will use that against you and implement more harassment to try to get you to leave. Directors & Managers yelling at employees with abusive language, tone, volume are very real. Management has favorites and will actively block career growth and financial growth of others.
