Constant political issues, a never ending "ass-licking" acitivities towards the company Management and middle Management at all levels initiated by some individuals. It is fully lacking a transparency, no chance for advancing as only "Special" values are appreciated in this company, not very objective judgements and capabilites are appreciated. Really good and professional people were never noticed and even mobbed by uncapable colleagues and middle management. Demotivating enviroment in general,
