We’re glad to hear that you found value in our diverse team, work-life balance, and the opportunity to learn from talented peers. Fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace remains a priority for us.
With that said, we regret to hear that your experience at Comfort Works did not meet your expectations. We recognise that defining clear objectives and ensuring alignment across the company is an ongoing challenge, and we are actively working to improve our processes to provide better structure and clarity.
Admittedly, we are a young workforce that are trying to run a business for the first time, but like any company, we continuously refine our processes to stay adaptable and effective. While we understand that not every approach will resonate with everyone, we stand by the expertise and dedication of our team in making decisions made with careful thought and consideration to drive the company forward. It wasn't easy the first year nor does it get easier after 14 years - but here we are.
Comfort Works has always been committed to delivering high-quality products, and we’re proud of the craftsmanship, rigorous testing, and dedication that go into everything we create. It is quite a shame that you considered our product sub-par during your time here, and we would have been more than interested to hear how you thought we could have made it better. We know there’s always more to learn, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve while staying true to our mission.
