Pros
Lovely people a lot of which really know their stuff and are professional, experienced and dedicated.
Cons
Change in senior leadership means CEO is ill-suited to the role without the appropriate knowledge, experience or leadership abilities. This is now a very unhappy organisation, I would steer clear for the foreseeable future until another change in leadership and damage control can begin.
