Pros

I've worked in both the non profit and entertainment spaces for over 30yrs, and have seldom met with a more motivated, purpose-driven and savvy crew as the team at Comic Relief. I was inspired by their ability to keep driving towards success for the organization, while having real hearts and souls at the center of their work. I particularly found the leadership to be strong and clear, have been a rare delight to work with one some truly tough projects that would have failed under lesser team spirit and CEO guidance.

Cons

At times the small, ambitious team are over-committed when campaigns are in full swing. There can be a disconnect between remote team members and those mostly in the workspace. Streamlining of internal meetings and zooms at regular intervals would help to free up bandwidth across departments and make more time available for external communications.

Wonderful mission and great values.

Cons

Without a strong partnership, the organization faces much uncertainty.
