Lack of consistency in average income takeaway - this was not the staff or restaurants fault though, there were external things happening around the restaurant that affected pay.
Rayme is a wonderful human who cares very much for her employees. It’s lovely to work for a company that values honesty, integrity, and hard work. You are surrounded by successful, hard working women which is also a nice change in this industry (men tend to dominate kitchens and ownership).
