Run away - Mid Management Comlux Employee Review

Upper management a shambles. Deep in debt and no plan to get out of it. Blame the worker if they are lacking parts for non payment. Expect workers to work long hours and still blame them for failing. Unrealistic schedules. Extremely poor engineering that has and will not be addressed by management. Every talented person that has ever worked there was and is overworked, most have left. Forget challenging bad choices by management they will fire you. If you are actively looking for another job they will fire you instead of finding a way to keep you.
