A company caught in the past in regards to management styles, degree of risk taking, personnel management. A solid company for experienced workers, perhaps less for those wishing to make a career of their employment.
Cons
Limited visibility into the working of upper level management structures; limited number of upper level management personnel with appropriate skill sets. Lack of training in human issues.
