Bad experience - Graphic Designer Comma Creative Solutions Employee Review

I would like to share my experience with the company, which had a highly toxic and unproductive work environment. Despite having qualified employees, poorly thought-out decisions from the management caused numerous issues within the company. Unfortunately, these decisions did not contribute to any progress and instead created several setbacks, affecting the overall performance and morale of the team. It is disappointing to see such potential wasted due to a lack of effective leadership and strategic planning.
