Management is terrible. Very difficult to know how you’re performing. No structure at all in onboarding or thereafter. Very clear hierarchy between heads of departments who don’t include others in anything. Almost no women in the company.

1. They say you'll learn a lot but no certifications or training provided. Work-Eat-Sleep. 2. You might have to work 10-13 hours a day (doesn't matter if you have a family to look after). 3. Emerging internal politics and favourites. 4. They'll make you work for every penny earned. Stressful situations are common. 5. Always running short of staff (courtesy: policies). 6.
