      Pros

      I get to interact with clients and understand their requirements. It is a responsible and challenging task, and you need to be particular with your words. Since, I started to handle such responsibilities, I see good change in me. My communication has improved, and my confidence has grown. Now, I do not get nervous while talking to company clients. It’s a big achievement for me. I thank my superiors for showing trust in me.

      Nice workplace. I got nothing to complain.

      Pros

      In this past 2 years of my work span, I haven’t seen any delays in my salary. And it’s the same case even during appraisals. Employees with excellent work performance are rewarded with appreciation in the year half and even in the year end(annually). I like this way of rewarding employees and making them feel that they mean something to the organization. I admire it heartily.

      Cons

      Yet, till now, I have not seen any. And I believe, I won’t see any even in future as well.
