Cons
In our company, we are being made to work excessively, often for 12 to 15 hours a day, working until 1 a.m. and then being expected to return by 7 to 9 a.m. the next morning. There is no respect for professional boundaries, as meetings are conducted late at night, and employees are expected to handle international tasks without regard to time zones. If we express concerns, we are subjected to public shouting and reprimands during meetings, reflecting a lack of professionalism. Additionally, there is no proper HR department to escalate issues, no overtime compensation, and even on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), we are forced to work. This is creating a highly toxic work environment where most employees leave within one or two months, but we are forced to stay due to financial constraints.
