Great community bank - Assistant Vice President Branch Manager Commencement Bank Employee Review

This company is honest and practices the values they preach as important to them. My coworkers are like family and truly care about my well-being, over unrealistic job performance standards. Our CEO and COO are normal people who we work side by side with daily. They come to community events and are engaged and involved in every aspect of the bank. The ways we give back to the communities we live and work in are truly commendable. Our customers are able to talk with a person every time they call, and even talk to our CEO. I’ve never worked for a company of this caliper, offering amazing pay, raises, bonuses, benefits and more. I never want to leave!

Honestly, I have no cons. I will think and add some if they come to me.
