      Fast paced high energy environment driven by sales and the belief of (WIT) AKA what ever it takes.

      Cons

      Trade shows and fall programs - this was like the Super-Bowl of selling. you sold over 70% of your business/ budget in 3 days.

      At one time this was a good company. Owner brought in someone to run the company and he stole money and ran it into the ground.

      Cons

      president was very threatening and CEO didn't know it was going on.
