Pros
My time working within Commerce Vision has been probably the most rewarding position I have ever had the pleasure to work in my professional IT career. They do value hard and eager to "Learn" employee's in every sense of the term. If you end up with a problem you can't solve, you will have a massive team backing you up every step of the way. Learning is steep indeed but well worth your time and effort if you find yourself there long enough. I truly enjoyed the flexibility and stability that Commerce Vision had given me over the past 4 years and that I will cherish forevermore.
Cons
You will be challenged with a mixture of customisations and technical know-how on really complex business type solutions. Weather its through trying to read scripts on your own, or sniffing through endless lines of documentation. It wont be easy, but again, if you reach past a few years, it'll become second nature to you.
