      Pros

      Liberal company with happy smiling people, good creative teams and good clientele

      Cons

      Some members of the Senior Management team may be slightly unethical, no worker protections, no human resources, if you don't drink you will be shamed by certain individuals; it's not uncommon to see someone crying at the office due to inappropriate and scathing communication. Opportunities for growth are few and far between.

      Pros

      The work environment is amazing here! It's laid back yet everyone is encouraging and wants you to succeed.

      Cons

      The only downside for me was that the clients we worked with didn't allow for too much creative freedom with my playful, colorful style but that's just how it goes sometimes!
