How agile we are, or not!, is an ongoing challenge as we are a large Group with 26 brands within, so we do all need to keep working at this.

Flexible hybrid working model very beneficial for work-life balance, managers are friendly and offer accommodations for appointments and such. Yearly summer awards party however has recently reduced their offerings for this so not as good as previous years. Generally friendly colleagues and quarterly collaboration days are useful.

Very underpaid for my position and other roles within the team had salaries under average for their titles, provided poor and conflicting communication regarding the future of my position and if I was to get the national living wage. Don't pay for a yearly christmas dinner or anything like that. Need to improve their Social Value priorities and activities.
