Pros
Everyone I work with are extremely hard workers who are trying to change the culture of the company. There has been a huge management change in the last two years and commercial works is trying to find who they really are as a company. With all the changes going on they are realizing it is the people that matter, and the team seems to be getting stronger every day. Management is not afraid to jump in and work along side the field, spending their days being out with employees to help service the customers. I have no doubt in six months they will be a top performer in the industry.
Cons
Training is lacking but only because there is so much business. If you talk with management they recognize this weakness and are trying to put developmental training in place.
