Pros
Full of lots of really smart & talented people - as good as at any other investment bank. A really great fun place to work.
Cons
DK should have been a powerhouse but was paralysed by risk-aversion in Dresdner Bank itself. As a result, never have I seen so little performance extracted from so much talent. At ground level it was riven with by a vicious war between quant and IT which paralysed progress on many levels.
