Pros
- You can retire there if you want. Some people are taking advantage of sitting there for years and barely working. Almost impossible to fire you after the test period. - Overtime: Getting money + free days. You end up with 45+ business day holiday per year. This depends much from the team. - The team and the manager were very positive and opened. This depends from the team.
Cons
- No development. Probably you have to change team to start learning something new. - Most of the jobs require German. (It is not much of a Kontra, since we are in Germany) - Only Agile Training provided. Anything else you ask is rejected. - The company is constantly in some saving cost mode - The office equipment (desks, chairs, computers) are very old. No air conditioning during summer. - No free coffee, no filtered water available. - Parking available only if you paid. I haven't seen a company that is charging their employees to park in the company parking.
