      * Nice work/life balance. Bonus are "capped" so the mentality is less individualistic than the average. I noticed a kind of collaborative way of thinking.

      Cons

      * The environment in "political" driven. Not a real investment bank: London is structured to provide with services Frankfurt and the Mittelstand.
