      Pros

      Commerzbank AG is a very nice place to work if you are part of the DTC (digital technology centre). This is a place for young people and nice to start your career here and a big chance to get career moving within an year.

      Cons

      On a people management level there are things to be improved as transparent communication but the organization is working on it.
