Pros
You can really tell the company is always trying to grow and move in a positive direction. When the owners care, the employees care! Co workers are very helpful and kind.
Cons
Very few annoyances more than anything. It's not in the greatest area. While co workers and management do not mind being helpful there's no real training put in place. Pretty high stress most of the time.
